I have managed to add two more new maps today. Even better, all five recent map additions have now been redrawn and updated by Digital Cartographer, Jasper. They now look superb!!.

Released by 999 Games in 2007 this Dutch version of Catan is quite possibly the smallest version of Catan ever released. It was released as a promotional game that uses very simple rules and does not use any cards. Play is to 7 points and the set comes with a paper spinner to replace the dice.
I have added a new page with some recent images of my display area.
In 2008, Klaus Teuber wrote a background story to the Catan Robbers, the three harmless fellows who go around plundering resources every time a "7" is rolled.
Elasund: The First City is not the most well-known Catan variant, and this is a shame as it certainly deserves greater recognition.
The Great River of Catan is one of those unusual smaller Catan expansions that has been released in different formats and with different rule variations. There are single river hexes, double hexes, triple hexes and even quadruple hex versions. There are rule sets in the original release, Atlantis, T&B and also an alternate fan-made set too.
